Scheduling Ads to Groups of Kiosks
To maximize the reach of your advertisements, RoveIQ allows you to schedule ads across groups of kiosks. This feature is ideal for targeting specific areas or locations where you want your ads displayed.

- Click on Add Type to begin creating your new kiosk group.

Sharing and Managing Permissions for Ad Campaigns
RoveIQ allows you to share permissions for specific ad campaigns, making it easy to control who can view or edit campaign settings. By managing permissions, you ensure that only authorized users have access to your campaign details.
How to Share Permissions for a Campaign:
-
Navigate to the Campaigns Page:
- Go to Ads > Campaigns from the left-hand menu.
-
Access Permissions for a Campaign:
- Locate the campaign for which you want to manage permissions.
- Click on the Permissions button (represented by an icon with two people) next to the campaign.
-
Add Users:
- Add users by entering their details and assigning the appropriate level of access.
Streamlining Permissions with Organizations
To simplify permissions management across multiple campaigns, consider creating an Organization in the portal. By setting up an Organization, you can grant permissions to all users within it, making it easier to manage access across various campaigns.
-
Navigate to Organizations:
- Go to Settings > Organizations.
-
Manage Organization Permissions:
- Set up the Organization, then assign permissions to users within it.
Adding Advertising Inventory to Screens
Please reach out to support@roveiq.com to add advertising "slots" to each screen. We currently have the ability to add either Advertising Inventory or Customer Venue Inventory or a mixture of both.
