Image apps in RoveIQ may seem simple at first glance, but they offer substantial value by allowing you to create powerful visual prompts that grab users' attention. Whether showcasing a call-to-action or displaying a QR code to drive users to a specific web destination, image apps are an effective way to enhance user engagement. Their versatility and potential make them a great addition to any mapping or informational display setup.
The Image App is available on both the Atlantic Template and City Template.
Create an Image App

Navigate to the Apps Page:
- Go to Content and select Apps.
- Go to Content and select Apps.

Create a New Image App:
- Click on the (+) Bubble in the top right corner of the page and select Image from the list.
- Click on the (+) Bubble in the top right corner of the page and select Image from the list.

Configure the App Settings:
- Click on the gear icon to access the configuration settings.
- Upload the image you want to display for the app
Image Specs by Template:
- Atlantic Template 4K: 2160px x 1344px
- Atlantic Template 1080p: 1080px x 672px
- City Template 1080p: 1080px x 1320px
- Select or upload an icon to use for the app
- Select a color for the icon background
- Click on the gear icon to access the configuration settings.
- Save Image App Settings
- In the bottom right of the modal, click Save.
- In the bottom right of the modal, click Save.
- Save App Page Settings
- On the bottom right of the webpage, click Save.
- On the bottom right of the webpage, click Save.
